Can children who have any variant benefit from ASO therapy or any other experimental treatment under way?

I don’t have all the information on this one, but I can tell you one thing: As of today there are at most a few that have been created for some variants. I don’t know if they can theoretically be developed for all variants, or not. I’ve also come to understand that some ASO therapies may actually apply to multiple variants.

I imagine @DylanVerden will have more to add.

I would tack onto the question above: if a new ASO is developed and it works for variant x, does that necessarily mean it will work for all patients with variant x?
