I am reading that we are to flag content that is unfavorable etc. I went onto a question that had a reply and I am unable to see where I would flag a response, if I needed to. I see the Heart, book mark, share/copy buttons, but it is unclear to me where the “flag” is located. We might want to update the rules and explain this once we figure out where this flag is.

Great question! I’ve just reviewed the site settings and learned that by default you’ll need to have a trust level of 1 in order to flag posts. I think this is likely a good default. I’ll go ahead and up you to a trust level of 1. Though, most people will get there naturally by posting and reading.
I’ve also made it a bit more lenient for trust level escalation. For now, you need to post twice, read at least 10 posts, and be on the site for a cumulative 10 minutes in order to get to trust level one. It just shows that you’re interacting with the forum to help cut down on spam.
